St. Clare Hospital Builds Ramp
Ramp at Bridgeport Way bus stop makes it easier to get to the hospital
St. Clare Hospital constructed a ramp at the Sound Transit bus stop on Bridgeport Way to make it easier for the public to get medical care. The ramp was built with the cooperation of Sound Transit and the City of Lakewood. Cornerstone Constructors were the contractors for the project.
“We want to ensure that everyone that needs medical care at St. Clare can safely access our hospital”, said Kathy Bressler, President of St. Clare Hospital. “Our Facilities staff went above and beyond to make this ramp a reality.”
Don Anderson, Mayor of Lakewood joined with St. Clare administration and staff in a ribbon cutting ceremony to open the new ramp.
