Hand Therapy
Hand therapy is rehabilitation to help restore or improve functional use of the hands, arms and shoulders. We treat patients of all ages, from infants to seniors.
Common diagnoses treated include:
- Traumatic injuries
- Nerve injury or disease
- Cumulative trauma disorders (such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow)
- Pain associated with illness or injury
- Dupuytren’s Contracture
- Tendon injuries
- Amputations
- Fractures
- Arthritis
- Congenital anomalies (birth defects)
