Hand Therapy

Hand therapy is rehabilitation to help restore or improve functional use of the hands, arms and shoulders. We treat patients of all ages, from infants to seniors.

Common diagnoses treated include:

  • Traumatic injuries
  • Nerve injury or disease
  • Cumulative trauma disorders (such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow)
  • Pain associated with illness or injury
  • Dupuytren’s Contracture
  • Tendon injuries
  • Amputations
  • Fractures
  • Arthritis
  • Congenital anomalies (birth defects)

Franciscan’s Hand Therapy Program provides you with the highest levels of competence and commitment. With over two decades experience in treating hand and upper extremity conditions, our certified hand therapists (CHTs) are dedicated professionals who provide quality care to each patient.
