Other Types of Sleep Disorders

Beyond sleep apnea, there are other conditions on the sleep disorders list. Whatever the basic cause for poor sleep, the end result is still the same; each person with sleep problems persists with the general symptom of daytime sleepiness. Most patients usually tell their health care provider, “I don’t have a problem. I can sleep anywhere. If you told me you were leaving the room and wouldn’t be back for half an hour, I’d go right to sleep.”
