Join us to learn more from Franciscan Cancer Care expert Tricia Sinek, RD/CD in Gig Harbor. Tricia will discuss how foods such as olive oil, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts and fish can help reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes and cancer. You'll enjoy a cooking demonstration by the St. Anthony Hospital executive chef that includes food tastings.
