The Milgard Medical Pavilion at St. Anthony Hospital is home to the Jane Thompson Russell Cancer Care Center, physician offices and other services that help to make the hospital and its campus a center of health and healing.

- Outpatient blood tests and other laboratory services provided by PACLAB Network Laboratories, a partnership between Franciscan Health System and other hospitals and health care organizations in Washington.
- Patient registration and information services.
- Smalling Family Education Center that is available for use by hospital staff, physicians and community groups for meetings.

- Medical oncology, including chemotherapy infusion and clinical research, in the Jane Thompson Russell Cancer Care Center, provided by Moacyr Oliveira, MD and Frank Senecal, MD of Northwest Medical Specialties.
- Non-cancer infusion services provided by St. Anthony Infusion Therapy.
- Franciscan Pharmacy St. Anthony, a retail pharmacy that will serve patients and the general public.
- Harbor Orthopedic Clinic, with orthopedic surgeons Robert Yancey, MD, and Mark Friedman, MD.
- A timeshare medical suite that provides space for physicians who wish to practice at St. Anthony Hospital on a part-time basis. Patrick Bays, DO, of Silverdale Orthopedics will be a tenant in this suite, with others to be announced later.
How Our Facility Names Were Determined
Milgard Medical Pavilion at St. Anthony: The medical pavilion is named in recognition of the generous support of the Gary E. Milgard Family Foundation.
Jane Thompson Russell Cancer Care Center: The George F. Russell Jr. Fund at the Russell Family Foundation helped to create this center of hope and healing at St. Anthony. The state-of-the-art cancer center is named for the late Jane Thompson Russell.
Smalling Family Education Center: Jay and Peachy Smalling, residents of Gig Harbor for more than 50 years, helped to establish the Smalling Family Education Center. It features state-of-the-art audio-visual technology and comfortable seating to accommodate guests in theater and conference-style seating.
