Traveling either north or south on I-5, take the Bremerton/SR 16 exit. Stay in the right hand lane, and exit immediately onto Sprague Avenue.
Take Sprague to 19th Street (first light) and turn right. Continue on 19th to Yakima Avenue and turn left onto Yakima.
The entrance to the parking garage is approximately one block down on the left. Free parking is available.
