Mark Ludvigson, MD, PhD, is a board-certified general surgeon. He believes in practicing generalsurgery in its broadest sense and has a fervent interest in all aspects of general surgery, includingendocrine, abdominal, breast, hernia and laparoscopic surgery.

Dr. Ludvigson was an instructor at the Unveirsity of Minnesota Medical School after completing his PhD. He served in the Army Medical Corps at Fort Riley as Chief, Department of Surgery and as staff surgeon for the 86th Evacuation Hospital in Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Storm. Dr. Ludvigson is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and past President of the North Pacific Surgical Association.
