Kara L. Scanlan, ARNP, is a nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine, women’s health and diabetic care. In addition to working for two years as a registered nurse in the Progressive Care Unit at St. Clare Hospital, she has experience working in community, family and endocrinology care clinics, as well as St. Anthony Prompt Care. In her holistic approach to health care, Kara believes in getting to know her patients rather than simply treating their illnesses.
