John Read, MD, is a board-certified perinatologist who specializes in multiple births, as well asmanaging diabetes in pregnancy. Dr. Read is committed to using the most technologically advanced ultrasound techniques and other techniques to accurately detect and diagnose potential issues with the developing fetus.
Dr. Read served as the chief of obstetrics and gynecology at Madigan Army Medical Center at FortLewis, Washington, and was also a professor and the director of maternal-fetal medicine at the University of Kentucky. He believes in a team approach to high-risk pregnancies, and offers his patients the education and guidance they need to make informed choices.
In his leisure time, he enjoys gardening, and other outdoor activities.
