Annual event will be held Oct. 11 in Lakewood; admission is free
Free immunizations for children, as well as clinical screenings for prostate and skin cancer, and glucose and cholesterol levels are some of the services that will be provided by St. Clare Hospital staff at the Autumn Leaf Health & Safety Festival on Saturday, Oct. 11 in Lakewood.
The seventh-annual event will be underway from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Clover Park High School, 11023 Gravelly Lake Drive. Admission is free of charge. Nearly 50 vendors will be on hand to provide a variety of health and safety services, such as asthma screenings and blood pressure tests, and to answer questions.
The Autumn Leaf Health & Safety Festival is sponsored by St. Clare Hospital in Lakewood, Clover Park School District and the Lakewood Fire District.
