Traveling either north or south on I-5, take SR-16 Exit 132 West, Gig Harbor/Bremerton. Exit immediately on Sprague Avenue. Turn right (east) on 19th Street. Go just over half a mile to South J Street and turn left, and then left again into the parking lot. Northwest Medical Plaza is located on the northwest corner of 19th and J streets.
