Traveling either north or south on I-5

Take exit 130 (56th Street exit) and go west. 56th Street becomes Cirque Drive West. Turn right on Bridgeport Way West and go to 40th Street West. Turn right on 40th Street West. The clinic is on the right.

Traveling from the Key/Kitsap peninsulas

From SR 16 take the Jackson Street exit and go south. Jackson becomes Bridgeport Way. Turn left on 40th Street West. The clinic is on the right.
