Traveling south on I-5

Merge onto I-705 N. via Exit 133 toward City Center. Take the S. 21st St./WA-509 N. exit toward Port of Tacoma, and take the S. 21st St. ramp. Turn left onto South 21st Street/WA-509 and drive up hill. Turn right onto Tacoma Avenue South. Turn left onto South 19th Street. Continue to South J Street and turn right, and then left into the parking lot. Northwest Medical Plaza is located on the northwest corner of 19th and J streets.

Traveling north on I-5

Take the I-705 N./WA-7 S. exit, Exit 133, toward City Center/Pacific Avenue. Take the exit on the right toward City Center/Tacoma Dome. Take the S. 21st St./WA-509 N. exit toward Port of Tacoma, and take the S. 21st St. ramp. Turn left onto South 21st Street/WA-509 and drive up hill. Turn right onto Tacoma Avenue South. Turn left onto South 19th Street. Continue to South J Street and turn right, and then left into the parking lot. Northwest Medical Plaza is located on the northwest corner of 19th and J streets.
