Gordon J. Hilsman, D. Min., is the manager of Franciscan’s Clinical Pastoral Education program. He is a clinical pastoral educator certified by both the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education and the National Association of Catholic Chaplains. He is married, the father of three grown children, and has been with Franciscan Health System for 19 years.

Garrett Starmer, M. Div., Psy. D., is a Clinical Pastoral Educator. He is a Presbyterian Minister and clinical supervisor certified by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education who emphasizes family systems in his work. He is married and the father of two grown boys.

Timothy ShipeTim Shipe is a Disciples of Christ minister who moved from Arizona a year ago to learn the art of clinical supervision as he helps to coordinate chaplain students at Franciscan’s Hospice House.
