Getting started
Visit our Respirator Resources section for a checklist and detailed instructions on starting a respiratory-protection program, starting with evaluating your worksite for contaminants.
To begin set-up, fax us a copy of your company respiratory program and the Employer Respirator Policy Summary to 253-274-5525, ATTN: Clinic Manager. An Occupational Health specialist will contact you to complete set-up, go over pricing information and provide a Client Services Agreement.
