Other Types of Sleep Disorders
Beyond sleep apnea, there are a myriad of sleep disorders. Whatever the basic cause for poor sleep, the end result is still the same; each person with sleep problems persists with the general symptom of daytime sleepiness. Most patients usually tell their health care provider, “I don’t have a problem. I can sleep anywhere. If you told me you were leaving the room and wouldn’t be back for half an hour, I’d go right to sleep.”
