The help you need with the education you need

Among the challenges of living with diabetes, expenses can be prime among them. Fortunately, there are ways to get the financial assistance you need. During initial assessment, your diabetes educator will provide you with a free blood sugar meter. Be sure and ask for information on community assistance with medication and supplies.

Insurance

Most insurance plans, including Medicare, cover diabetes education with a doctor’s referral. Check with your health insurer for specific coverage information.

Financial Aid
