Theresa Rambosek
Corporate Counsel
Terri Rambosek joined Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) in December 2011 as corporate counsel to the Franciscan Health System. Franciscan is part of CHI, a national health system based in Englewood, Colo.
Her expertise is in regulatory and strategic issues affecting a variety of transactions, including hospital-physician agreements, development of ambulatory surgery centers, contracts, and acquisitions.
Her legal experience includes senior attorney positions with Swedish Medical Center, PeaceHealth, Sterling Healthcare Corp., and a leading law firm in Seattle.
She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of arts from Gonzaga University in Spokane and a doctorate of jurisprudence (JD) from the Gonzaga University School of Law.
She is a member of the Washington State Society of Healthcare Attorneys, the American Health Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. She serves on the governing council of the Pacific Hospital Public Development Authority and is board member emeritus of the Providence Mt. St. Vincent Foundation.
