Dianna Kielian, MBA, FACHE

Dianna Kielian has served as senior vice president for mission for the Franciscan Health System since January 2005.
She has been with the organization since 1998 and previously served as vice president of mission and community health.
Before joining Franciscan, she was vice president of mission services and human resources at Marian Health Center in Sioux City, Iowa.
Kielian earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, and a master’s degree in business administration from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa.
She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is also certified as a trainer for Faith and Values in the Workplace by the Woodstock Theological Center in Georgetown, Maryland.
